Festive Afternoon Tea
Throughout December, Cartlands Tea Rooms will be serving the traditional afternoon tea with a festive twist.
The Festive Afternoon Tea will be served from
12 noon - 3.30pm Monday - Sunday (alternative times upon request)

Our terms and conditions
Table reservation policy
Tables are allocated for 1 1/2 hrs. We can not guarantee tables or specific areas of seating when taking reservations unless you book private dine.
Late arrivals are requested to inform us if you are running behind . If you fail to let us no then this could result in you loosing your table to another customer, 15 mins grace is applied.
Afternoon tea reservation policy
Afternoon tea must be booked in advance along with a 50% deposit and payment in full on delivery teas.
Afternoon tea vouchers must be declared prior to booking and presented on arrival. It's essential that we are notified of any specific dietary requirements at the time of your booking to allow us to cater appropriately.
Deposits are none refundable however your booking may be rescheduled with 7 days prior notice.
48 hrs notice = we will retain the deposit or you are welcome to pay the balance and purchase a takeaway afternoon tea.
24 hrs notice or on the day = the guest will be chargeable in full and an afternoon tea treat box will be prepared for you to collect on vacation.
There is no flexibility on these terms as preparations will have already taken place to provide with an ultimate treat .Table plans and staffing rota are prepared 7 days prior.
A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will autamatically be added to your booking.
